Altiva Software Announces Alliance with Lochner, Inc.
September 13, 2007 (Houston, TX)—Altiva Software announces that it has formed an
alliance with HW Lochner, Inc. (Lochner), a nationally recognized transportation
engineering firm.
Lochner will incorporate CADconform®—Altiva’s software add-on that works seamlessly
between MicroStation® and AutoCAD® to promote and enforce 100% conformance to CAD
standards—into its engineering and consulting service offerings to its transportation
clients, who are typically state and local departments of transportation (DOT).
As part of its consulting services, Lochner implements CAD standards and related work
processes to improve the efficiency and operations for their clients’ engineering and
drafting departments. Initiated from its Salem, Oregon office in their Western region,
Lochner will offer CAD compliance solutions complementing CADconform® to clients nationwide.
Lochner’s Engineering Technical Knowledge Group (ETKG) chose CADconform for several reasons.
